This highly participative course allows you to explore the principals of mentoring and  to develop your own listening, and questioning skills in a safe class room environment.  You will undertake a number of activities followed by structured de-briefs to allow you to develop those important skills needed to be a successful mentor.

 At the end of the course you will use the skills you have just learnt to develop your own SMART action plan to ensure the learning continues long after the course.
