This course highly interactive course is built around trainer inputs and then the opportunity to undertake structured role plays followed be full de-briefs. You will explore the different types of interview and the different types of skills needed to carry them out. You will also experience what it is like to be the subject of the interview, on the receiving end of those difficult questions. 

Each role play is followed by a structured de-brief from the course trainer and the other delegates.
