This course is part of our Security Industry Authority offering, but anyone who is involved in the direct contact with your customers/clients and potentially could face conflict situations on your behalf would benefit from attending this course.

 Course Description.

This course is another highly participatory course that will help you to explore all the elements of conflict.  What causes conflict in your work place? What are the signs you can observe that will help you to head off a conflict before it gets out of hand?  Our trainers are all former or serving police officers who are very experienced in dealing with some very difficult conflict situations and will bring that experience to the course, helping you to develop the important strategies to deal with conflict.
