Phil Waters Cert Ed
Phil is the owner and founder of Executive Guidance, and is a very experienced training professional. He holds a Cert Ed. in Post Compulsory Education & Training from the University of Greenwich. He is also a Graduate of the Home Office Equality and Diversity training centre in Turvey Bedfordshire.
He holds teaching qualifications awarded by The Home Office, The Police Service, Skills for Health and Skills for Justice as well as one of only 100 certificates issued by the Home Office qualifying him to evaluate training.
He has held posts as Head of Learning and HR for Make-a-Wish UK and was an active part of the International HR and Training committee. As well as running training teams in the Police Service and the NHS.
A former senior Police Officer Phil has been actively involved in Learning and Development activity for over 20 years having operated as a Training Consultant to the 43 UK police forces and the managers of the 6 District Police Training Centres.
In that time he has written scores of bespoke training programmes, including one that won an award at the NHS South East Academy awards in the Leadership category. He has developed trainers and managers, both in a classroom setting and on a one to one coaching situation, as well as being most adept at creating learning that is relevant to specific organisations and individuals, in the private, public and charity sectors.

We are delighted to announce a new format for our corporate programmes. Lunchtime Learning! We will deliver the key learning outcomes as part of a dynamic interactive learning experience to your staff in the work place taking between 90 and 120 minutes. Most of our courses can be delivered in this way, contact the office and we will send one of our highly rated trainers out to you.
Prices for Lunch time learning start at £200 for up to 16 delegates.

Award Winning Training Design.
We are very proud of our design work, in both, trainer lead, classroom based work as well as in e-Learning design. Recently we were awarded the runners up certificate out of over 340 entrants in the NHS South East Academy Leadership section. All our work for you will be bespoke, geared towards your specific needs, and those of your company. Either following our own Training Needs Analysis or acting from your own TNA we will develop a training programme for you that can either be delivered by your own trainers, or by our highly qualified trainers.
